Prices: are FOB Winnipeg and are subject to change without notice.
Terms: Net 30 days on established accounts. Terms are subject to change based on account compliance. International accounts are prepaid terms.
Booking discounts apply to approved Asham manufactured products. Accounts must be kept in good standing to maintain discounts.
Shipping: Shipments will not be made to overdue accounts. Backordered items will be shipped when made available unless cancelled.
Bookings: Booked orders received by the annual booking deadline will be applied as follows*

*The booking discount reflects your Asham discount for the season on Asham manufactured product paid within your payment terms.
Returns: Asham reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on product returned for credit.
